 Founded in August 1999, Zhejiang Dingli Industry has grown to become one of the largest factories engaged in the development and manufacture of door locks, ignition switches and matching locks for motorcycles, electric motorcycles and ATVs, and aluminum cast doors. These products are widely used in luxury villas, private apartments, senior clubs, classic model rooms and star hotels.
Our factory is located near National Highway 330, adjoined AAAA national-grade famous scenic spot, Xiandu, covering an area of over 18,000 square meters with more than 320 workers. With such support, we are capable of producing more than 5 million locks annually.
For your assurance, we passed ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2002, and strictly adhere to the Toyota Production System: Lean Production. Currently, we are the stable supplier of famous assembly groups, such as Dachangjiang Group, Qianjiang Group and Luoyang Northern EK Chor Motorcycle Co., Ltd.
Aside from mold making and repairing workshops, and spare part making workshop, we also own eight assembly lines equipped with domestic first-class testing equipment, such as ignition switch durable test systems, temperature and humidity testers, heavy rain testing chambers, salt spray testing chambers and vibration testing systems. These resources allow us to satisfy customers' different OEM demands.
